Shipping and Handling Instuctions


 

 

 

CAUTION!  We are not responsible for damages to the drives due to
shipping and handling.  Hard drives are extremely fragile and should be
handled accordingly.

Enclose the drive original container or an anti-static bag.  If packaging
more than one drive, use a separate container or bag for each drive.

Use 2-inch thick foam rubber in a corrugated box. Multiple drives in a single box should be packaged with foam rubber between each drive.
Do NOT use foam packing pellets, bubble wrap, or newspaper.

Please include a detailed description of how the data was corrupted,
(data accidentally erased, drive stopped spinning,...), if any attempts were made to recover the data prior to it being sent to us. and your company information (person to contact, phone number, return address)

Shipping Charges
You must pay shipping charges to send your drive(s).  NO COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED without prior authorization.  Ai Networks pays for shipment(s) of repaired drive(s) to you.

Proof of Delivery
Ai Networks will not be responsible for shipments for which the 
carrier cannot provide proof of delivery. You should choose a carrier who will be able to trace the shipment.
